We are looking for caring individuals who are kind, enthusiastic, empowering, and motivated to make a real difference. Successful candidates must be able to work independently, use their own initiative, and work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team.

As a Support Worker, you will take on the important role of a “corporate parent,” providing guidance, care, stability, and encouragement to children and young people within our services. Creating a safe, stable, nurturing, and supportive environment will be central to your role. You will act as a positive role model by demonstrating values such as respect, kindness, patience, honesty, and responsibility. You will support children and young people to develop confidence, build healthy relationships, and support children and young people to reach their highest potential.

Working alongside other professionals, families, and external agencies, you will advocate for the children and young people in your care and ensure that their emotional, physical, educational, and social needs are consistently met. Compassion, empathy, and resilience are essential qualities for this role. We are looking for individuals who are patient, understanding, non-judgemental, and committed to providing unconditional support to children and young people who may have experienced trauma, adversity, or challenging life experiences.
